I had this when I was working in Amsterdam. The Dutch/Indonesian style cuisine is very good. It's recognizably southeast Asian with some unique twists. That's probably the Dutch influence as I'm told dishes like rijstafel really aren't Indonesian. Actually, this was about the only edible food outside of expensive French joints in the Netherlands.

Can you buy tickets at the door? | Charles Wagner | 02-Dec-2006 16:56
Can you buy tickets at the door if Wednesday does not sellout? Do you think it will sellout or what? I really want to go and I am trying to get my friends to go. How much time do we have to get it together? How long will the Chef Looi talk? Will Chef Looi give out Dutch-Indonesian recipes? Please advise.
