| Help I need some suggestions on which of the following Bordeaux is most ready to drink. 1996 Talbot 1996 Carrudes de Lafite 1996 Montrose 1997 Clerc Milon 2000 Clerc Milon 2000 Giscours 2000 Lafon Rochet 1995 Lynch Bages though I did have this one recently and it took forever to open, like the next day, and that was decanted! I love bordeaux even though most of what I have is lesser growth I just love their depth and complexity. Hope someone can provide some insight. Thanks Jeff | |||

| 1997 Clerc was pretty ready 2-3 years ago. I've had '96 Talbot several times recently, albeit from 375s, and with some air it was fine. Doubt 750s are that far behind. 96 Carraudes was tight, but not inforgivingly, couple years ago. I'd probably rank them as to readiness as: 1997 Clerc Milon 1996 Talbot 1996 Carrudes de Lafite 2000 Giscours 2000 Lafon Rochet 1995 Lynch Bages 2000 Clerc Milon 1996 Montrose Dale | |||

| Can't speak from recent experience, but I'd go with the '97 Clerc Milon or the '96 Carruades. Vincent | |||
