David, I believe you to be someone whose presence would have been most appropriate at this event. I know you to be one of the most open-minded people vis-a-vis hybrids whom I know. I think that you and I agree not only on the artisanal nature of small-scale hybrid winemakers, but we both see value in Chambourcin, Norton and hybrid blends. Maybe next year you can come to NiagaraCool? It'd be great to taste those wines with you there.
