It was a culmination of the many years corresponding with you on all things non-vinifera-related, and a pleasure to try your wines as well. I'm happy that my Concord Rosé had some redeeming features, since as I mentioned, it was made from overcropped grapes from a rainy vintage. Normally, I only seek to make a dry red from Concord, which I hope to do again this year. My '02 Concord was really quite balanced, and much darker in colour. Hopefully I'll be able to bring some '05 for next year's offline!
