I visited a winery in the Eastern Townships called Vignoble De L' Orpailleur. They had a pretty nice icewine - I believe made from Seyval Blanc. [The tour was in French only - so I didn't catch everything.]

I'm guessing that some of the other nearly wineries also make icewine.

BTW - the weather there is so cold that the owners had to give up on supposedly cold-tolerant grapes such as Marechal Foch.
