NV Alain Renardat-Fache Bugey Cerdon $16. Imp:LDM. This rosé sparkler is made from a blend of gamay and poulsard. The glistening ruby red grapefruit juice color, bright floral nose, relatively low 7.5% alcohol content, and demi-sec finish make it a perfect summer patio treat. This could quite easily be the best wine we’ve had paired with Sonoran Mexican food to date. Ok, ok, I'm a convert.
